My point is, NHRA requires licenses when you go 9.99 or quicker. I know that NHRA isn't the governing body here and in the case of Chambley I would have to give Bernie Ecclestone money to run 10's or 11's for a very short season. Used to coming out of school on a Tuesday night, driving to the Test and Tune at the track and not being bothered with special licenses.l
