Having used both air and Electric shifter's, I like the air better. I have seen in car's I've driven and friend's car's the Electric shifter go up in smoke and that's not good when your surposed to be in the staging lanes ready for the next round. The only thing with air is you have to keep checking the bottle when you use a T/Stop.
