You may want to run in the german http://www.dr-mustang.com ET bracket races with your car, just look in the racer forum there.

I guess there's not much to be added to the list of web addresses that have already been posted ... might want to get in contact with mightymustangs.net, they have quite a few Ford folks on there, both US and German, and often meet up at the track and otherwise ... like e.g. Wounded Soldier Cruise in early May ...
