Explosion is in serious debt. They have no choice than to raise the entree fee. They are certainly not making any money. Last year was very bad with two rain events. I don't know what will happen if there is rain on the first event this year. (Big chance there will not be a second and third race.)
There are so many extra costs because Drachten is just a temporary dragstrip.
Nobody likes a higher entree fee but nobody wants a dragstrip with no dragrace on it.
Letts hope for the best this year...
