Hello all,

I am looking for a man I knew 20 years ago, who was from Hamburg. I think his name was Jörg Wegner. He had a 1970 Ford Torino, that was painted red and white, like the Starsky and Hutch car. He used to drag race it, around the country I guess. At the time, I didnt speak much German (and it is only a little better now) and he didnt speak much English.

Does anyone know him? Or know how to contact him? There used to be a drag shop north of Hamburg, but I cant remember the name, I think the owner's name was Tupperwein. He may know.

Thanks in advance!

This season will bring new important feature: car parts management. While we start it, your will get few parts to use throughout season 4. There will be more parts to use in top league, in lower league there will be less parts, so you need to manage them more carefuly and not wear them too quick.
You will also start to see driver's feedback somewhere in second part of the season.

Hi folks,

Sorry about my German, it's just too difficult for us stupid people!

I am the editor of www.cedrag.com, an Englsih language website for all things related to drag racing in central Europe.

Big things are happening hereabouts and we are trying to build a central European championship to start in 2010. Are there asny tracks and racers in the deep south of Germany? We are hoping some of them may like to come and play over here in Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia .... even Austria if we can find a track with a friendly town hall (unlikely).

Your views will be much appreciated.
All I have to do now is find the "submit" button!

Hello everyone!

First apologies for not speaking German and posting in English- my French is pretty rubbish too :conf:

I moved to Metz last December from the UK and would like to get involved in a bit of drag racing either bracket or just RWYB...my car isn't very fast: Volvo V70T5, 15.06@154kmh (best time so far; at Mirecourt last weekend); I'm sure I can get a mid 14 out of my fully loaded daily driver

Can anyone give me a bit more info about Bitburg- camping, entry costs etc? I'd really like to run there as it's not too far from Metz.

I was really disappointed with Mirecourt- the organisation was dreadful: I got only 8 runs in three days...I thought about joining ATD in France but I don't have the budget or a particularly quick car to take it so seriously.

Look forward to getting some more info from you all and maybe meeting some of you at Bitburg- possibly towards the end of this month? I emailed 1 on 1 for a bit more info but haven't heard back from them yet, so thought I'd ask some questions here!

Cheers for now

Joey Bon presents new TFB

The Joey Bon Racing team have presented their new Top Fuel Bike to the
world at last week's ESEF fair in The Netherlands. Strategically placed on
the stand of Smits Machinefabriek the bike drew massive crowds for the
whole duration of the fair. Drawing much more visitors to his stand than
anticipated, Peter Smits director of Smits Machinefabriek, was more than
happy with the kind of exposure the Top Fuel Bike brings to his brands
He can be seen in the photo shaking hands with Joey.
The Top Fuel Bike was such a hit that a number of parties invited the JBR
team to bring to the bike to various other shows but they were kindly
declined for the moment. There is still some work to be done to the bike
and that has to take priority now.
A big thank you to Annemieke for providing a professional information
board with the TFB's vital statistics on short notice.
On the last day of the fair the JBR team handed out ringtones with the
sound of Joey's Top Fuel Bike. These proved to be such a hit that Joey
decided that they can be downloaded from the website as well. Right-click
this ( http://www.jbrservices.com/JBR1.mp3 ) link and save the file. Use the
software that came with your phone to transfer the file to your phone.
And last but not least there's also a wallpaper or desktop picture for
your pc. Click on this ( <a href="http://www.jbrservices.com/JBRTFB.jpg" data-fancybox="data-31639" data-type="image" data-caption="http://www.jbrservices.com/JBRTFB.jpg"">http://www.jbrservices.com/JBRTFB.jpg ) link and the
wallpaper will open up. Rightclick on the picture and choose set as
wallpaper.

Joey Bon is five times National Champion and a runner-up in the European
Championship.
His quest for the European Top Fuel Bike Championship title is sponsored by:
